Job Title: Operations Manager
Talent Acquisition department seeks a qualified candidate to fill the position of Operations Manager, responsible for assisting with daily operations and managing a team.
- Assist in the management of departmental operations.
- Develop and administer major programs or projects.
- Interact and develop partnerships with other departments to achieve departmental goals.
- Conduct research as appropriate to support projects or initiatives.
- Serve as a member of the management team by participating in strategic planning and staffing decisions.
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience managing a large budget and developing programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Documented success as an innovator and creative problem solver.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships.
- Competitive salary range: $85,000-$95,000.
