Software Solutions Engineering Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Solutions Technical Leader to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role in our software solutions engineering team. As a Software Solutions Technical Leader, you will be responsible for technically leading a squad of engineers and contributing to the design and execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities- Design the architecture of solutions to be delivered in projects
- Participate in project execution by parameterizing systems and developing software
- Lead the execution of one or more projects
- Define team priorities and conduct daily meetings to ensure best practices are followed
- Monitor development activities and deadlines
- Technically support the team and collaborate with stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Degree in electrical, electronic, or computer engineering
- Advanced English language skills (mandatory) and fluency in Brazilian Portuguese
- Domain expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, PL/SQL, C/C++
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including network architecture, servers, Linux operating systems, and Oracle databases
- Good knowledge of software architecture and Agile development methodologies (Scrum, XP, SAFe)
- Experience with JIRA and/or other project management tools
- Proven leadership experience and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Prior experience in projects related to smart energy metering, advanced knowledge of smart measurement platforms (MDM, MDC), and familiarity with ANEEL regulations regarding metering and billing of energy consumers would be beneficial.
