Senior Quality Assurance Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior QA Engineer to join our team. As a key player in ensuring product quality and reliability, you will leverage your expertise to design and execute comprehensive manual testing strategies.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop thorough test cases and scripts based on system specifications;
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and identify issues;
  • Create detailed logs to document testing phases;
  • Report defects to the development team using issue-tracking tools;
  • Troubleshoot issues and help identify root causes of defects;
  • Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test documentation;
  • Participate actively in Agile-Scrum development processes, providing valuable feedback for continuous improvement;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience with manual testing;
  • 1-2 years of experience with Selenium and Python;
  • Proven experience in planning, designing, writing, and executing test cases and test scripts;
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Xray, or similar issue-tracking systems;
  • Good understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies;
  • Excellent analytical, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills;
  • Basic database knowledge (e.g., MySQL or Postgres);
  • Experience with testing application software hosted in the cloud;
  • Ability to think creatively to develop multiple scenarios and identify non-traditional test cases;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Dynamic and proactive approach, demonstrating initiative in work;
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
