Job Overview:

The Infrastructure Strategy Manager will oversee the overall strategy and commercial aspects of infrastructure construction projects, ensuring profitability, compliance, and strategic growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage commercial strategies for infrastructure projects from tender to completion.
  • Oversight of cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure profitable outcomes.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, securing favorable terms and adhering to legal standards.
  • Administration of major infrastructure contracts (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, EPC) and management of claims, variations, and dispute resolution.
  • Monitoring of project financial performance and provision of regular commercial reports to senior leadership.
  • Collaboration with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to optimize delivery and cost efficiency.
