We are seeking a skilled Balconista de Farmácia to provide exceptional customer service at our pharmacy counter.

• Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Product Sales and Guidance: Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs, and provide guidance on medication use.
• Replenishment and Store Organization: Maintain the store's inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure the store is organized and clean.

• High School Education Required: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent to apply for this role.
• Technical Course in Pharmacy Desirable: While not required, a technical course in pharmacy can be beneficial for this position.
• Experience in Customer Service: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a pharmacy setting, is essential.
• Knowledge of Medications and Prescription Reading Skills: You should have a strong understanding of medications and prescription reading skills to effectively assist customers.
