We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as an Operations Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate and creative group of people who are dedicated to building a kinder world.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining business registrations, updating insurance, and managing our internal wiki knowledge base. They will also be expected to communicate effectively with government agencies and prepare documents for filing.
Key Responsibilities- Update and maintain business registrations in all states and international jurisdictions
- Ensure all insurance policies are up-to-date and have appropriate limits
- Manage and maintain our internal wiki knowledge base
- Communicate with government agencies via written and spoken communication
- Prepare and digitally file internal and external forms, reports, and other documents
- Assist in creating process documents and presentations
- Research and implement operational improvements
- Develop and present onboarding presentations for new employees
- Administer quarterly planning and organize team-building events
- High school graduate or equivalent, plus 2+ years of experience in operations administration
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Basic knowledge of American business practices and laws
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
- Reliable access to high-speed internet and smartphone
- Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology
- Good working knowledge of Google tools, Microsoft Office, and productivity software
