Lead Ambulance Crew Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our ambulance crew. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining adequate staffing, fleet management, supply distribution, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Complete required data reports and related assignments each shift. Develop expertise in areas such as quality assurance, training, or education, assisting crews beyond your regular shift hours.

Qualifications
  • Completion of an accredited Paramedic Certificate or Degree program or an EMT-Advanced Certificate or Degree program.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
  • Licensure/Certification: GA or Alabama Paramedic or GA or Alabama EMT-Advanced.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
