  • Navigating complex conversations through constructive feedback.
  • Identifying obstacles to ensure quality, improve user experience, and enhance software development methodologies.
  • Designing and developing 12-factor apps that can efficiently scale in modern cloud environments.
  • Working with relational and non-relational databases to design efficient data models and optimize data access.
  • Designing and developing APIs that are well-documented, reliable, and consumable by various clients.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficient professional programming experience of 12+ years.
  • Inspiring others to craft durable, secure, scalable code.
  • Profound experience working with one server-side programming language such as Java, Kotlin or other JVM languages; C# or other .NET languages; Python, Go, and breadth in others.
  • Thorough experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
  • A willingness to share knowledge with teammates through mentorship, code reviews, and pair programming sessions.
  • Experience writing apps for Azure, AWS, GCP, CloudFoundry, Heroku, SalesForce, Mulesoft and/or other cloud providers.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
