Packaging Automation Expert

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Automation Expert to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and leading the packaging automation training program across 19 plants.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop training materials and tools for basic and advanced program training focused on operational and autonomous maintenance activities.
• Manage the global brain platform for packaging automation, keeping it updated with the latest training materials.
• Lead the packaging automation training agenda, aligned with managers based on operational needs.
• Support the optimization of packaging automation equipment and processes.
• Deploy monthly packaging automation performance reports and manage the global brain platform.

**Requirements**

• Degree in Engineering, Process, Mechanical, Electronic, or Automation.
• 3-4 years of work experience in manufacturing process or maintenance.
• Functional knowledge of packaging technologies and process factors impacting TE for the lines.
• Business knowledge of retail and manufacturing products.
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
