Highly Skilled Senior Java Developer Wanted

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Professional to take on the role of leading our team's software development efforts.
About this position:
- Design, develop and implement high-quality Java systems using Agile Methodologies.
- Work closely with expert consultants to provide optimization and business growth solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop complex Java applications using Java Enterprise Edition, Primefaces, JSF, EJB, CDI, JPA, Hibernate, and Glassfish or Weblogic.
- Implement efficient software solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience with Java.
- Expertise in Java Enterprise Edition, Primefaces, JSF, EJB, CDI, JPA, Hibernate, and Glassfish or Weblogic.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
- Strong soft skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
