Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Lead Developer to head up our development team. As a key member of our technical leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the stability, scalability, and maintainability of our existing software systems.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the development and maintenance of our software systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Lead the development team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Design and implement new software programs, websites, and applications, leveraging expertise in backend development and architecture.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations for upgraded software systems.
- Assign tasks to junior developers, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Write advanced programming code, reviewing and refining existing software systems.
- Manage project timelines and tasks, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Write development reports and create technical documents for new software programs.
- Train staff on software use and best practices.
- 10+ years of experience in backend development and architecture.
- Fluent in English.
- Past experience with at least two companies for 3+ years each.
- Long-term commitment to elevating our code, architecture, and development team.
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or computer science.
- Previous experience as a software programmer.
- Managerial experience preferred.
- Advanced project management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- .Net Core, React, Typescript, Xamarin, GraphQL, CosmosDB, Maui, Docker.
- Infrastructure: Azure WEB apps, Docker, Cosmos DB Cloud, Azure logs Monitor, Bitbucket, Virtual machines, MSAppcenter, Kibana, Firebase.
Pay range: $4,000 - $8,000 USD monthly
