The Postdoctoral Research Associate position is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic research environment. The role involves performing advanced scientific research, overseeing critical parts of projects, and coordinating day-to-day operations of a research group.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct complex literature reviews to support major research projects.
- Formulate guidelines for applying research findings to educational practices.
- Work closely with staff to conduct classroom field research under the direction of the Principal Investigator.
- Develop and lead workshops to benefit staff working with targeted populations and make public presentations on research projects.
- Support research objectives through administrative tasks, project budget management, and expenditure authorization.
- Design, fabricate, repair, and operate research equipment as required for data development.
- Plan and coordinate statistical analyses for advanced research projects, consulting with other researchers to understand hypotheses and experimental approaches.
A Ph.D. in economics or a related research discipline is mandatory. Advanced knowledge of principles and techniques in the subject area, along with proficiency in both oral and written English, are essential qualifications for this role.
