This unique opportunity combines dance performance with casino hosting, creating an unforgettable entertainment experience that sets us apart from traditional online casinos.

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Host and deal various casino games in a live studio, streamed to players
  • Maintain the highest professional standards
  • Participate in table promotions and internal/external media campaigns
  • Interact with players and provide a rewarding experience
  • Continuously develop personal skills and knowledge
  • Report incidents or unusual activities to the PIT BOSS
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required
  • Maintain work area cleanliness and adhere to departmental uniform standards
  • Perform quality control functions according to departmental standards

Dance Hosting Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform short dance routines between game rounds or as part of promotions
  • Use dance to enhance engagement and create excitement
  • Coordinate with the production team to develop choreography aligned with game themes or special events

Requirements

No previous experience necessary; we seek individuals with a fitting personality and skills trainable through our Academy. Key qualifications include:

  • Adaptability: Switch between dancing and hosting seamlessly
  • Vietnamese language fluency
  • Conversational English (B1 and above)
  • Clear and friendly communication
  • Confident and engaging nature
  • Ability to work 24/7 on rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Able to adapt to a multicultural environment

Benefits Package

We offer a competitive salary: €40,000/year, plus additional benefits such as up to €400 monthly performance bonus, €400 monthly hosting allowance, annual health insurance, company events, birthday celebrations, snacks, daily lunches, and more.

Relocation Package

We assist with flight tickets to Malta and help with accommodation costs.
