As a Community Associate, you will be part of this revolution, fostering a dynamic community within our centers that cater to diverse customer needs.
The Opportunity
As a key member of our community team, you will work closely with new and existing customers across various industries, creating and maintaining thriving communities within our centers.
By providing exceptional support services, you will enable customers to focus on their core business while we handle the administrative and logistical aspects.
A Typical Day at IWG
Our centers come alive as customers arrive throughout the morning. One may request a WiFi code change, another may inquire about a package delivery, or a woman may need assistance setting up her meeting room and projector.
You will juggle multiple tasks with ease, ensuring seamless communication and problem-solving skills are put into action. You will also maintain accurate records and invoices for all services provided.
As you collaborate with our Community Manager to plan events, you will create engaging content and promotional materials to attract new customers and foster a sense of community among existing ones.
About You
We seek an individual who excels in multitasking, possesses excellent communication skills, and can build strong professional relationships. You should also be proactive, adaptable, and proficient in using MS Office and other basic IT equipment.
Beyond these essential qualities, you should possess a B1 level of English communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with our global customer base.
