SAP Data Migration Expert

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end data migration process for SAP implementations, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive data migration plans, incorporating expert knowledge of SAP tools and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data migration strategies, scope, and timelines, driving alignment and productivity.
- Design and implement efficient ETL processes using SAP tools, guaranteeing data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with governance standards.
- Conduct thorough data validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP data migration projects, with a proven track record of success.
- Advanced expertise with SAP migration tools, including SAP Data Services, LTMC, LSMW, and BODS.
- Proven experience with SAP modules such as FI, MM, SD, PP, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in data mapping, cleansing, and transformation processes, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- English proficiency at B2+ level, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
