Job Title: Brand Strategy Leader
About the RoleThis is a leadership opportunity to manage and drive brand growth for our Scotch Portfolio brands.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic thinking, consumer insights, brand development, and effective execution. They should be able to navigate the full marketing process, from concept to execution, and demonstrate strong business acumen, leadership, and a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Lead Scotch Portfolio strategy, including the development of a 5-year vision and annual business plans.
- Manage White Horse brand management, including the development and implementation of White Horse brand communication, events, and cultural strategy based on consumer insights, cultural trends, and market dynamics.
To succeed in this role, the candidate must have:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in brand management.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in dynamic and complex environments.
- Strong execution capabilities with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands effectively.
