Key Role: Solution Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the end-to-end implementation and continuous improvement of SAP FI/CO solutions.

This key role offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in core financial processes within the S/4HANA environment and contribute significantly to our SAP program.

The Solution Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of the finance core model into our operations, managing project timelines and resources, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage solution delivery, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to facilitate deployment and adoption of the finance core model.
  • Maintain support structures and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Act as the primary contact for solution priorities, governance, and stakeholder communication.
  • Develop strategies and initiatives to maximize value and user satisfaction.
  • Manage delivery metrics, service level agreements (SLAs), and vendor performance.
  • Ensure documentation is current and oversee transition to the Run phase.
  • Lead and manage internal and external teams, driving change management and mentoring junior staff.
  • Support application maintenance teams and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of IT best practices, financial processes, and reporting.
  • Experience with SAP interfaces, automation, and integration tools.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of financial regulations, JIRA, ServiceNow, cross-functional SAP modules.
  • Strong relationship management, stakeholder communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in SAP FI/CO implementation, support, and multinational project rollouts.
  • Preferred: Experience in large-scale IT transformations and multicultural environments.

Languages and Education:

Fluency in relevant languages; Master's degree or equivalent in a related field.
