High-quality software solutions are the backbone of our organization, and we're looking for a skilled Backend Engineer to join our team.

A successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge software systems. Key responsibilities include architecting and implementing software solutions based on requirements as an individual contributor or technical lead. The ideal candidate will also create and execute technical work plans to meet business objectives, maintain existing backend services, and develop high-performance software applications.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in software architecture, implementation, and delivery from product requirements.
  • 2+ years of experience leading software development efforts.
  • Expertise in Java 21 or higher.
  • Hands-on experience with Kotlin, RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ, Kafka, and real-time messaging technologies.
  • Proficiency with Git version control.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with dependency injection frameworks like Micronaut or Spring Boot.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, WebSocket, microservice architectures, NoSQL databases (Mongo, Cassandra), distributed caches (Redis, Valkey), CI/CD pipelines, real-time audio streams, Node.js, and B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
