Job Title

As a Tax Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring full compliance with Brazilian direct tax regulations and supporting the company's local and international operations with accurate tax reporting, analysis, and strategic input.

  • Partner with the business to advise on tax implications of new projects, contracts, and revenue models (e.g., streaming, licensing, digital advertising)
  • Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for internal controls and SOX compliance
  • Support implementation of tax technology and process improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in tax compliance, tax reporting, or corporate taxation (preferably direct taxes)
  • Strong understanding of Brazilian direct tax legislation, including IAS 12
  • Knowledge of Transfer Pricing regulations and documentation requirements
  • Experience with audit processes and SOX compliance
  • Familiarity with tax software and technology-driven tax solutions
  • Fluency in English is mandatory. Spanish is a plus
