**Job Summary**

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead technology projects and drive business growth. As a key member of our PMO team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects that meet our business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and lead technology projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Direct and coordinate the activities of cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), resource loading, dependencies, and achievements.

• Plan and manage budgets associated with technology projects, ensuring adherence to budget guidelines and mitigating overspend.

• Evaluate project progress, track actuals to budget, and recommend corrective actions to ensure project success.

• Collaborate with business teams to measure project value and benefits realization, comparing actual results to baselines.

• Identify and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring project team compliance with organizational policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

• Supervise external vendors and ensure they meet project requirements.

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or computer science.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Strong knowledge of project management principles, including time, quality, and cost management.

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

• Familiarity with formal organizational change processes and methods.

• Strong financial acumen and excellent social skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact effectively at all levels.

• Critical thinking and solid judgment, with the ability to work independently and be a creative problem solver.

• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities, with the ability to delegate and prioritize workload effectively.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
