We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage the day-to-day activities of our Delivery Station.

  • They will be responsible for maintaining high safety standards, promoting a culture of safety on-site, and driving productivity targets.">
  • This role requires close collaboration with various support teams, including HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety and Security, and IT.">

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to develop a team of Shift Managers and their direct reports. You will also be responsible for leading numerous process improvement projects to streamline activities and improve customer satisfaction.

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is required, preferably in a field related to operations or logistics.">
  • Prior experience in team leadership, process improvement, and inventory control is essential.">
  • Familiarity with Kaizen and Lean methodologies is highly desirable.">
  • The ideal candidate must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays, and relocate if necessary.">
