**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Governance Professional to join our dynamic team. This senior-level role will play a crucial part in ensuring the alignment of our IT financial planning with the overall corporate goals, as well as overseeing the monitoring and control of IT operations, analyzing variances, and proposing corrective actions.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Coordinate IT financial planning and ensure alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and control IT operations, analyze variances, and propose corrective actions to optimize performance.
  • Serve as the focal point for internal and external audits within the IT area, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial and operational risks, promoting a culture of governance, risk, and compliance within the IT department.
  • Support the Information Security team in defining policies and tracking risk indicators, ensuring that IT processes comply with information security standards and legal requirements.
  • Prepare management reports and executive presentations to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Participate in strategic IT projects, assessing financial impacts and associated risks, and providing recommendations to drive business growth.
**Other Responsibilities:**
  • Map and analyze existing policies, suggesting updates to ensure compliance and efficiency, and continuously verify that IT processes align with industry best practices and company needs.
  • Manage risks, including mapping, communication, and handling of identified risks, to minimize their impact on the organization.
