Job Description:
The Business Toolkit is seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to bridge communication between our customers and web development team, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role is pivotal in gathering information and discussing website content, elements, and more to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our web development team.
- Participate in Zoom and Microsoft Teams calls with clients and web development team.
- Gather and analyze customer requirements to ensure their needs are met.
- Facilitate discussions on website elements to achieve optimal design and functionality.
- Maintain consistent and clear communication with both customers and internal teams.
- Project management of requirements and deadlines that must be met.
Work Schedule:
Flexible hours with remote work capability. Workdays: Sunday to Sunday, with weekends being less time-consuming.
Preferred Qualifications:
- General knowledge in brand design, Figma, WordPress, and Elementor.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiar with Asana Project management.
