About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Event Planning Specialist to work in our São Paulo office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing B2B events that drive brand awareness and demand generation across the LATAM region.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of organizing and executing successful events, including trade shows, conferences, roadshows, workshops, and experiential events. They will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work closely with sales teams and technical teams to ensure field marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute events from concept to delivery, selecting venues, negotiating with vendors, and coordinating logistics.
  • Negotiate and coordinate with vendors to ensure quality service delivery within budget and in alignment with event requirements.
  • Work closely with sales teams and technical teams to ensure field marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals for all LATAM events.
  • Oversee the full event budget, managing requisitions, vendor approvals, and payments in close collaboration with the finance department to ensure cost control.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing and event trends, developing new tactics, technologies, and innovative strategies to optimize field marketing programs and delight the target audience.
  • Measure event success through key metrics like lead generation and pipeline impact to maximize post-event value.
