We're a leading mobile growth consultancy, driven by a close-knit team of marketing professionals from around the world.

You'll be joining our User Acquisition team and working on several user acquisition channels such as Google, Apple Search Ads & Facebook.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with clients on growth opportunities and challenges to develop tailored strategies.
  • Manage multiple client accounts and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Develop innovative methods and strategies for improving team processes and productivity.
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identifying trends and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Help achieve maximum ROI in performance marketing campaigns by optimizing creative assets and campaign execution.
  • Track, report and analyze campaigns in depth to ensure optimal performance.
  • Effectively manage campaign expenses to maintain profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Data & Engineering team to develop cutting-edge technology solutions that drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Marketing or a quantitative field, demonstrating strong academic credentials.
  • First-hand experience with Google App campaigns, Google Search, and Facebook advertising, with a focus on social ads and programmatic channels.
  • Social media expertise, specifically acquisition, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with current trends and best marketing practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth.
  • Experience working with creative assets, developing compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with a proven ability to drive business outcomes.
  • Project management and managerial skills, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
