About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Data Developer to collaborate with our global clients and drive data analytics and machine learning solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement data pipelines and infrastructure to support data analytics and machine learning initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and usability.
  3. Document data workflows, processes, and architectures to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
  4. Integrate data quality checks into data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  5. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ETL processes to ensure efficient data processing.
  6. Implement dimensional data modeling to support business intelligence and analytics.
  7. Design and implement Data Lake/Data Warehouse solutions to support data governance and compliance.
  8. Develop and maintain Data Governance practices to ensure data security and integrity.
  9. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data-related issues to ensure seamless data operations.
  10. Apply FinOps principles to optimize data costs and improve data ROI.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in data development or a related role with a strong understanding of data engineering stacks.
  3. Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking) to collaborate with global clients.
  4. Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and Spark to design and implement data pipelines.
  5. Experience with CI/CD pipelines for ETL processes to ensure efficient data processing.
Nice to Have
  1. Experience with Databricks platform to support data analytics and machine learning initiatives.
  2. Databricks certification to demonstrate expertise in data engineering.
  3. Experience working with international clients to support global data operations.
  4. Experience working with Azure to support cloud-based data infrastructure.
  5. Expertise in dimensional data modeling to support business intelligence and analytics.
  6. Familiarity with Data Quality practices to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  7. Familiarity with Data Governance using Unity Catalog to ensure data security and integrity.
  8. Experience with Data Lake/Data Warehouse implementations to support data governance and compliance.
  9. Knowledge of FinOps as applied to the data space to optimize data costs and improve data ROI.
