This role plays a pivotal part in providing medical information to customers, adhering to relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries regarding medical and safety information via various channels.
- Providing accurate and compliant responses to customer requests using approved labeling and company standard responses.
- Documenting and reporting adverse events product complaints and other critical information in a clear concise manner.
- Maintaining quality control by performing quality checks on Adverse Events Product Quality Complaints and correspondence.
- Ensuring data privacy regulations are met including confidentiality and personal data protection.
- A nursing degree is mandatory RN/BS/BA/MS required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including proofreading and telephone etiquette.
- Fluent language skills including Brazilian Portuguese and English.
- A working knowledge of medical terminology pathophysiology pharmacology regulations and industry standards.
- Strong cognitive abilities including verbal reasoning critical thinking and analytical ability.
This role requires multitasking skills attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Candidates should possess strong computer application skills including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat with experience using document management systems and inquiry handling databases.
