We are seeking a highly skilled Controllership Specialist to join our team in Brazil. This role will involve promoting and developing continuous improvement actions with the controllership team, analyzing and mapping existing processes, and contributing to the maintenance of nubank's core products.
Job Description- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and standardization.
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
- Collaborate with data and product teams to design financial processes.
- Maintain and improve nubank's core products.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English ability to participate in meetings, read and write documents, and give presentations.
- Knowledge and experience in IFRS, particularly IFRS 9.
- Prior experience in banking products, including credit cards, lending, checking accounts, or financial instruments.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and strategic planning capabilities.
- Adaptable and assertive communication skills.
- Knowledge of local accounting regulations in Brazil, Mexico, or Colombia.
