Customer Retention Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Retention Expert to play a critical role in our customer retention efforts.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and finding creative solutions to re-engage them with our services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or a related field, with experience in customer relationship management and data analysis.

  • Proactively reach out to former clients through phone, email, and messaging platforms to re-engage them with our services.
  • Identify client needs and tailor solutions that align with their goals, leveraging our wide range of educational offerings.
  • Utilize persuasive communication and active listening skills to understand and overcome objections.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless reactivation experience.
  • Track and analyze engagement data to refine outreach strategies and maximize conversion rates.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in retention, sales, or a related field, preferably in a high-volume outreach role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Persuasive and empathetic approach to customer engagement.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt to changing strategies.
