We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Coordinator to oversee production processes and manage our production personnel. As a key member of the Brask Co. Ltda team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing improvements to our production process, ensuring products meet quality standards, and supervising the performance of production personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee production processes and implement improvements
- Plan and schedule production operations
- Maintain equipment and ensure optimal use
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets
- Supervise and evaluate production personnel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum X years of experience as a Production Manager
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The salary range for this position is R$15,000.00 - R$25,000.00 per month. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical assistance, fuel allowance, childcare support, education assistance, housing allowance, meal vouchers, transportation allowances, and a company vehicle.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift
