Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trial Associate to join our diverse and dynamic team. This role involves assisting with the design and analysis of clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field is required, along with prior experience with ethics submissions (CEP/CONEP) and knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination and administration of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and organize clinical trial documentation, including study files, essential documents, and regulatory submissions.
  • Support the preparation of study-related materials, such as informed consent forms and case report forms.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and ensure smooth trial execution.
  • Contribute to the tracking and reporting of clinical trial metrics and milestones.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
  • Prior experience with ethics submissions (CEP/CONEP).
  • Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Good level of English.
