Sweden is facing a substantial shortage of skilled engineers, with an estimated 30,000 new positions required by 2030. As a seasoned recruiter for the Swedish IT industry, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and relocating top talent from around the world.
Living standards in Sweden are exceptional, but relocation can be a significant life change for many candidates. Your role will involve building trust with suitable candidates, informing them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden, and supporting their relocation process.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and recruit exceptional engineering talent for Swedish IT industry roles
- Establish strong relationships with candidates and provide them with comprehensive information about the advantages of residing and working in Sweden
- Collaborate with global recruiting teams and Swedish management to facilitate relocations
- Coordinate with Swedish delivery management to handle all relocation logistics
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical expertise
- A solid network of local IT engineering talent
- Exceptional customer service skills with a flexible mindset
- High-quality performance and brand awareness
- Upper intermediate English proficiency
- Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and ability to learn new technologies
