This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to provide solutions to process and product problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to take control of product performance and other client-specific responsibilities, under supervision.

The successful candidate will work on ensuring timely delivery of materials and additives according to customer demand and shelf life. They will also be responsible for identifying and resolving issues promptly, including devolution treatment, complaint handling, and escalations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure business activities within the area of responsibility comply with customer requirements and internal policies to minimize risk and protect company reputation.
  • Investigate and resolve faults to limit and rectify problems quickly.
  • Identify opportunities to increase customer value through additional products/services.
  • Record and process customized orders that require resources for delivery and coordination with the team.
  • Conduct regular meetings with internal teams and clients to discuss area responsibilities and support management.
  • Oversee the workplace environment, including 5S activities and EHS initiatives.
  • Ensure completion of various reports as required.
Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to analyze problems, think critically, and come up with creative solutions. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

Additionally, they should have experience in process improvement, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools would be an asset.
