Job Overview

The role of Inclusion Manager involves overseeing the Sales and Operations Planning process, ensuring high levels of fulfillment of sales orders through effective production scheduling.

This position requires managing inventory, establishing policies for raw materials, products in process, and finished products. It also involves analyzing long-term capacity plans and developing supply chain metrics to track performance.

Main Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing sales forecasts by SKU on a monthly horizon with weekly reviews.

- Managing production scheduling to meet sales order requirements.

Requirements

- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain discipline is required.

- An MBA in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain discipline would be advantageous.

- Previous experience in food & beverage/food ingredients/chemicals is preferred.

- Strong communication skills combined with the ability to motivate team members.

- Analytical skills to identify opportunities and set priorities.
