Job Title: Director of Digital Marketing and Operations

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced digital marketing leader to take full ownership of our business. As Director of Digital Marketing and Operations, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic leadership and day-to-day operations management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and sales channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Lead product development initiatives based on market research and customer feedback.
  • Optimize digital advertising spend and ROI.
  • Create new content and ad creatives.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage Amazon Seller Central and other marketplace channels.
Operations & Administration:
  • Oversee all aspects of daily business operations.
  • Manage international supply chain and inventory logistics.
  • Maintain financial health through budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Oversee customer support operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a small but mighty team.
  • Foster a positive company culture.
  • Make strategic hiring decisions.
  • Develop and implement team KPIs and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce or internet marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through digital marketing.
  • Experience managing multi-channel sales (Amazon, direct-to-consumer, retail).
  • Ability to drive sales through email marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the pet industry or consumer goods.
  • Background in marketplace optimization (Amazon Seller Central, Chewy, etc.).
  • International business experience.
  • Understanding of supply chain management.
  • Experience with Shopify and Woocommerce.
