Customer Success Operations Specialist

**What You Will Do**:
Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance customer success operations;
- Collaborate with business teams to identify and meet their needs;
- Take ownership of operational tasks and initiatives;
- Support commercial teams with key operational tasks;
- Manage system access and support CRM-related tasks;
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to understand their operational needs and challenges;
- Utilize data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement;
- Develop and implement effective processes to streamline customer success operations;
- Regularly monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer success operations;
- Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in customer success operations;
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with established processes and procedures.
**What We Are Looking For**:
Proven experience in similar roles in tech or B2B sectors;
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability;
- Proficiency in process optimization;
- Advanced English;
- High level of ownership and responsibility;
- Team player with a problem-solving approach;
- Experience with CRM systems like Pipedrive or Salesforce.
