Monster Energy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Ambassador Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading our Brand Ambassador program and driving sales growth in your region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of Brand Ambassadors to promote Monster Energy products and build brand awareness.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase sales and brand visibility in your region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key vendors and venues to ensure successful event execution.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Manage inventory control and ensure timely delivery of products to events.
  • Oversee promotional events and create engaging experiences for our fans.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in marketing or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
