Our Opportunity

As a CI Partner, you will play a vital role in our success by managing the customer experience and building a successful track in your career. You will lead continuous improvement projects by supporting Transportation Operations and Operational Management teams in their performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Validate and apply global standardizations in Transportation Operations and local Operational Management activities, including change management when process and system modifications occur
  • Ensure the standardization of continuous improvement processes that enhance performance and involve both internal and external customers, as well as service providers
  • Define metrics and targets together with Transportation Operations and Operational Management managers, as well as monitor results to track the effectiveness of continuous improvement actions implemented with clients
  • Lead the assessment/mapping of activities carried out across different internal client areas in order to identify process improvement opportunities aimed at optimizing results through time savings, cost reduction, and performance improvement across functions
We Are Looking For
  • Advance English level - Spanish is considered a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineers, and Technologies areas, etc
  • Previous experience and knowledge in Continuous Improvement
  • Advance level in Excel, Power BI, and Python
