Content Production Specialist
IBM Think is a leading media and events hub, driving awareness, engagement, impact, and new digital relationships with visitors and clients. We are building a team of creative professionals who can help people understand and successfully adopt emerging technologies.
We produce high-quality, exclusive content including explainers, feature articles, thought leadership pieces, industry news and analysis, podcasts, newsletters, tutorials, demos, and more that help visitors make sense of new technologies and connect them to ways IBM can help.
Key Responsibilities- Work alongside a team of editors, writers, and content strategists to create engaging digital content across IBM Think's platforms.
- Build and format articles, newsletters, and promotional content using tools like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Marketo.
- Demonstrate solid professional experience in content production or digital publishing, preferably in journalism, content marketing, or enterprise communications.
- Develop fluency with content management systems like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS tools.
- Gain experience building and formatting newsletters in platforms like Marketo or similar email platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot layout and formatting issues across web and email platforms.
