This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our production processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal equipment performance.
- Address machine-related issues, including alarms and malfunctions.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting to identify and resolve problems with machines, molds, and materials.
- Communicate effectively with Production Shift Supervisors regarding any difficulties or challenges encountered.
- Accurately complete Process Verification, Tool Reports, and mistake proofing check sheets.
- Lead die change activities when not performed by a Die Setter.
- Promote a clean and organized work environment, maintaining the appearance of equipment and facilities.
- Ensure proper disposal of purgings and take care of all equipment.
- Collaborate with support personnel on their tasks and assignments.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adhere to all company policies and procedures as well as OSHA safety guidelines.
