IT Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team. As an integral part of our Customer Technology Teams, you will play a crucial role in the Agile Software Delivery Process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for enriching the team in the areas of Requirements Engineering, Continuous Testing and Production Support.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Global Development Teams: Clarify requirements, document and manage them efficiently.
  • Requirements Refinement: Refine User Stories and Features, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  • Integration and Communication: Define integration points with other systems and communicate the effects of possible system changes.
  • Methological Support: Generate ideas with Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Pre and Post Deployment Activities: Execute activities in Lower and Production environments.
  • Dealer Inquiries: Process inquiries for troubleshooting and changes as part of the AGCO IT incident process.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Digital Customer Technology (DCT) teams to resolve support requirements for integrated systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree: Complete Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent education.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent English is mandatory.
  • System Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of system integration concepts (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, ETL).
  • Agile Methodology: Knowledge of agile methods (e.g. SAFe) is an advantage.
  • Experience: Experience in requirements engineering, testing and production support.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical, holistic and conceptual thinking; good communication skills.
