Job Overview
The Franchise Operations Manager will lead the growth agenda of the bottler operations aligned with central strategies. This role requires a strong leader who can shape and implement core capabilities, manage franchise leadership, and drive business results.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic projects involving the bottler, ensuring alignment with the company's vision.
- Drive business growth in Andina's territory by shaping and implementing core capabilities, and managing franchise leadership within multi-channels.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the franchise, including marketing, commercial, and financial aspects, while monitoring key indicators to achieve business objectives.
- Design and implement processes to increase sales effectiveness and maximize resource allocation.
- Identify market insights, risks, and opportunities regarding new products and communicate them effectively to relevant functions.
- Foster collaboration with other regions and operations peers to ensure best practice sharing and alignment.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience within the industry or KO System, preferably with marketing and commercial expertise.
- Bottler marketing or commercial strategy experience, with an understanding of retail channels (modern, traditional, on-premise) is highly desirable.
- Portuguese language proficiency is mandatory.
