Study Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to play a key role in supporting clinical trials phases I-IV. This individual will work closely with clients and internal departments to deliver high-quality study designs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Interpret sponsor protocol requirements and translate them into protocol-specific databases.
  • Provide comprehensive database designs leveraging technical, therapeutic area, client, and company-specific knowledge.
  • Liaise with internal departments to understand full company capabilities and assess feasibility of requests.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of internal processes and technical capabilities.
  • Act as a consultant to clients, advising on study design choices and highlighting potential risks and implications.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor or Master degree in a scientific field.
  • Six years of previous experience in Central Lab Project Management or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
