As a key member of ADP's Global Integration Center, the Global Solution Designer plays a critical role in designing the essential components of ADP's Global Payroll products, solutions, and services for our multinational clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement global payroll solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of ADP's products, templates, tools, and processes to guide best practice solution design.
- Provide expert consulting and quality assurance to ensure global decisions are applied and adapted correctly to local projects.
- Act as a point of escalation for local project issues and collaborate with clients and project teams to review status and discuss issues, risks, resolutions, and mitigation plans.
- Fluency in English (oral and written); Spanish, German, or French is an added value.
- Minimum 7 years' experience implementing SAP Payroll internationally or within global organizations.
- Highly experienced with SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle Integration Implementations, with a proven track record of analyzing and designing solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive change in uncertain circumstances.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client interactions and create client-facing materials that simplify complex solutions.
