About the Role:

Our Investment team operates with a streamlined structure, encompassing deal sourcing, analytical evaluation, execution, monitoring, and managing relationships with partner stakeholders.

This position will traverse the entire investment process, offering comprehensive support to the team.


Responsibilities:

  • Gather and evaluate data/information for investment case studies and presentations;
  • Perform industry and market research;
  • Analyze business models and sectors;
  • Conduct financial statement analysis and modeling;
  • Assist senior team members in identifying potential investment opportunities;
  • Oversee relationships with external service providers, including asset managers, credit originators, and legal firms;
  • Support the due diligence process;
  • Monitor and reconcile transactions from approval to effective registration, settlement, and repayment;
  • Generate regular reports to present key information to management, including financial performance, essential metrics, and strategic insights.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Administration, Economics, or Engineering;
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in investment management, equity/credit research, capital markets, or mergers and acquisitions;
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English (interviews conducted in English);
  • Innovative thinking;
  • Proficiency in financial modeling;
  • Proactive approach;
  • Advanced Excel skills.
