Job Title: Lead Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our Implementation Engineering teams in the LATAM region. As a CRM Domain subject matter expert, you will lead a team providing cost-effective solutions to business and technical challenges in large/complex Telecommunication projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to leadership service providers to better understand and articulate challenges.
  • Define and document measurable criteria for solution assessment, propose solutions, and bring best practices.
  • Ensure the quality of business requirements for enterprise clients.
  • Guide and coach business stakeholders through the requirements gathering process.
  • Lead a team of Junior BAs and provide clarification on business requirement inquiries.
  • Work with project teams to agree on approach and keep them informed of progress.
  • Facilitate workshops to understand and outcome detailed requirements and solution behavior.
  • Create comprehensive and unambiguous documentation outlining stakeholder requirements, traceable for testing teams and understandable for development teams.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of technical knowledge to understand high-level architecture and technical requirements around BSS/OSS/CRM solutions for Telecoms projects.
  • Experience with next-gen CRM and Converged Billing applications.
  • Strong business analysis background, preferably in an internet/software development company.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese languages.
  • Organizational skills, able to work simultaneously on multiple assignments.
  • Knowledge of business analysis principles and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to work BSS/OSS functionally to drive accurate capture of requirements, resolving and closing down issues.
  • Experience of working within Waterfall & Agile methodology.
  • Ability to collaborate and solve challenges.
  • Proven experience of successfully working within transformation projects or projects with B2B products.
  • Previous experience leading architecture teams.
