Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on cloud-based technologies and services. Our team is looking for a skilled professional who can help us automate platforms and software deployments in a fast-paced, scalable, secure, and consistent manner.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage and run production and non-production cloud platforms with zero downtime
  • Evaluate architecture choices on an ongoing basis to ensure the scalability and security of our systems
  • Drive infrastructure and tooling improvements that enable our business to operate efficiently
  • Establish a DevOps practice that supports and enables our engineers and the business
What Does This Job Deliver?:
  • Deploy scalable cloud-based services
  • Responsible for automation and system provisioning, metrics, monitoring, scalability, and security
  • Promote what we do to the wider organisation and technology industry
  • Proactively mitigate for malicious security risks and put in place a robust real-time monitoring framework
Qualifications:
  • Deep knowledge of Continuous Integration and Delivery tooling such as Gitlab, continuous deployment, docker, and Terraform
  • Extensive production experience using the Google Cloud Platform including Compute, Networking, Functions, Kubernetes, storage, and security
  • Production experience using Google's big data technology stack, including Big Query, Big Query Storage, Big Query Analytics, and Cloud Data Prep
  • Display behaviours in line with our Critical People Capabilities (CPC)
Nice to Have:
  • GCP DevOps certification
  • Angular 11
