We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our team's daily operations. As an Operational Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of logistics processes.
Main Responsibilities:- Loading and Unloading Processes: Coordinate loading/unloading activities for trucks and other vehicles, ensuring efficient service.
- Vehicle Release: Release vehicles for pick-up and delivery, guaranteeing timely and reliable service.
- Work Environment: Monitor and participate in maintaining a safe and organized work environment, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Reports and Data Entry: Update warehouse, pick-up, and delivery reports, as well as enter/update information in internal transport systems.
- Dedicated Operations: Assist in dedicated operations and monitor performance of specific customers, providing exceptional support.
- Issue Management: Execute activities related to issue pre-alerts, administrative tasks, report generation, and data collection for KPI updates.
- Risk Management: Communicate pending issues to the relevant sector and address indoor and outdoor risk management.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions on basic features of service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; proficiency in English is essential.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Experience: No experience necessary, but 0-1 year clerical experience is preferred.
