We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in this Technical Service Representative position. The key objective of this role is to provide technical guidance and support to the sales team, analyze customer needs, and develop proposals to meet those needs.
Main Responsibilities- Provide technical advice and expertise to the sales team to develop and implement product or service solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Analyze customer technical needs and suggest effective solutions.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to communicate product features and benefits.
- Respond to complex technical queries regarding products, systems, or services.
- Liaise with hardware, software, and systems design engineers to ensure products and services meet customer needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during or after implementation.
- Cross-train less experienced engineers and provide guidance on quality of work.
- Fully competent professional role requiring in-depth knowledge and experience.
- Solves complex problems using existing solutions and works independently with minimal guidance.
- Able to act as a resource for colleagues and represent products and services effectively.
