Production Supervisor

The successful candidate will oversee the smooth operation of production functions, ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day production operations to meet customer expectations and sales demands.
  • Develop and implement action plans to translate production strategy into reality.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across all production functions.
  • Contribute to strategic and operative planning of operational units.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership, development, and coaching skills.
  • Effectively integrate and train production employees to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • University degree in a relevant technical discipline, such as production engineering.
  • Professional experience in various production functions, with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.
  • Previous leadership experience in operational units, with responsibility for leading teams.
  • Experience working with international teams on production topics.
  • Strong negotiation and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and work effectively with globally diverse organizations.
  • Proficient in English is mandatory.
